Stephie the Orator
This increasingly common posture is known as "Stephie the Orator" where she extends one arm and speaks to it as if performing Shakespeare.
"I do say, my dear madame, that this weather is quite spectacular."
"Shall we thusly go on the bucket swings?"
"Indeed, I much prefer the roller slides"
