We went to the Glen Ellyn Halloween parade (it was COLD!) and then trick-or-treating at the shops afterward. It only took Stephie a few stores to learn to throw some elbows to get to the candy bowls faster.
Later we went trick-or-treating and stocked up on Almond Joys and suckers (apparently Stephie's favorites!)

...and then made quite the fashion statement at the Halloween party at music class when she refused to wear the top half of her chicken costume.
A chicken with a Halloween shirt and no feathers? Very interesting indeed!
