Mmmm....mail

Stephie received several of her very own Christmas cards this week and immediately discovered that they are not only very nice to look at but also great for a mid-day snack.

Standing Stephie

Stephie practiced standing next to her new (old) play and learn table and driving Mommy nuts with its "music." Later in the day, she got extremely giggly. She is such a sweet baby!

Stephie also went for her 9 month pediatrician visit today. She is now 21 pounds (87%), 28.75 inches (87%), and in the 97% for head. Must be all those brains...we hope!

Music Together

After eating a healthy breakfast together this morning (mmmm...Cheerios), Stephie and Julia headed to their Music Together class with Miss Christy.

Stephie had bells for a snack.

Short stacks

Stephie and Julia, frustrated by their lack of mobility, turned to massage therapy as an alternative......followed by a game of "taste the stacking cubes."

Stephie really likes to sit up and play in her crib; she's not much of an escape artist, though.
Also, Stephie has developed her own sign for "tired" which consists of sucking on her left thumb and rubbing her hair with her right hand. It comes in handy for knowing when she is ready for a nap.

Can I have a bite of that?

Just a typical dinner with Brie the Bichon/Pig and her favorite passtime.

Continuing with our winter Christmas Story theme, Stephie definitely resembles Randy in her snowsuit.
