5 months old today!

After practicing standing up in the crib, Stephie and Brie were too tired to hold their heads up for a real 5-month photo today. They decided to practice face-planting on the bed instead.

We traveled from St. Louis, MO to Madison, WI today for a big family party at Aunt Carolyn and Uncle John's house. Dan, Angel, Alyssa, and Meredith were in town visiting from Savannah, GA. We had a great time hanging around outside in the beautiful weather and playing with all of the other kiddos! Stephie was a real trooper today, even after being in her car seat for 8 1/2 long hour total. If her personality now is any indication of what she's going to be like later as a little girl, we are two very lucky parents.

Stephie has decided that she likes Grandma Michelle's office so much, she just might take over the accounting business someday!

Day #4 in St. Louis

Stephie's last day in St. Louis was another busy one! We had breakfast with Grandma Michelle and Grandpa Roger, then went into St. Charles for lunch, a trip to the spice shop on Main Street, and a visit to Grandma Michelle's office. We finished up the day with a family party at Grandma Michelle and Grandpa Roger's with Grandpa Don, Grandma Michele, Uncle Dan, Grandma Alberta, Grandma Haley, Aunt Mindy, and Uncle Tom. What a great trip for Stephie!

Day #3 in St. Louis

We had another great day in St. Louis today. We started off the day with another picture session at Portrait Innovations. Stephie did a great job smiling for the camera! Next we visited Daddy's old co-workers at Deloitte, then went to lunch with Grandma Michelle and Grandpa Roger. Stephie sure is making her rounds in St. Louis!

Day #2 in St. Louis

Stephie got to visit Grandpa Don's new company today as well as hang out with Grandma Alberta. Stephie also surprised everyone by rolling from tummy to back for the first time today! Go Stephie!

Stephie heads back to St. Louis

We made the trip back to St. Louis this morning and got to visit with Grandma Haley for lunch. Stephie was all decked out in her Cardinals baseball gear like a true St. Louis girl. Then we headed to Grandpa Don's and Grandma Michele's for the afternoon and evening. We measured Stephie today; she is now 25.5 inches long, or almost 6 inches bigger than when she was born!
