Well, okay, to be honest it was little more than a trim. We mostly just aimed for mullet-control. But a few hairs were cut off the back, nonetheless! Measuring carefully...Just a touch off the back!

Washington D.C.

Stephie and Mommy are in Washington D.C. spending the weekend with Aunt Stephanie and David. We met up with Stephanie's friend Genevieve and her son Charlie at the natural history museum this morning.Ooooohhhh...clown fish, just like Nemo.Look, the White House!Aunt Stephanie made us a delicious pasta primavera for dinner. Stephie's favorite part: buttery spray.Tonight was also the second night of Hannukah. We celebrated with David and his brother Daniel. Stephie liked the pretty candles!

Woodfield Mall at Christmastime

Stephie, Mommy, and Grandpa Allen spent a cold morning hanging out at Woodfield Mall. First, a snack!Then, a playground! Careful climbing up!

Horsey ride

Stephie had her hearing evaluation today; she passed with flying colors! Afterward she went to Two Toots Diner for lunch and rode the horsey. This is particularly fitting as Stephie's favorite and most-imitated animal noise is the horse. NEIGH!!!Anyone remember the kid from the movie Parenthood who runs around with a bucket on his head while the other kids are practicing their math flashcards with their parents? Yep, that's our child.

Bedtime snack

Nobody likes their bedtime snack more than Stephie.Well, okay, maybe Mommy. Mmmm...cat cookies!And, as usual, everything is made better by stickers. Check out Mommy and Daddy's beautiful hands!

Milk: it does a body good
