Playdate with Claire

Stephie and Claire are almost the same age, and luckily they share the same philosophy regarding housework, such as tables are best cleaned on your tummy.Laundry time! Ooof, that basket is heavy!

Aunt Connie and Aunt Carolyn met up with Stephie, Mommy, and Grandma Julie for lunch. Mommy turned her back for two minutes, and look what Stephie and her aunts got into: frosting!Yummy!

Stephie's big girl bed!

Mommy almost fell over when she heard Stephie waking up from her nap today and found her 2 seconds from climbing over the crib railing and falling onto her head on the wood floor. So, as of today, Stephie is graduating to her big girl bed!Don't worry, the buddies are making the move too.Stephie seems happy about it so far......everyone keep their fingers crossed that things go well tonight!

Stephie found a new favorite food: leftover cranberry sauce from Thanksgiving. YUM! Straight from the table to the bathtub...

Last day at the park

In preparation for possible snow (gulp!) later this week, Stephie and Bobo spent one last sunny day at the park. Jazz hands!Slides work even better with more clothes to weigh you down.Look at the bright sunshine!Hug a tree! Stephie is a very eco-friendly baby.

Oh Christmas Tree

Mommy and Daddy are still holding out hope that someone, anyone, will want to come see their house, and therefore haven't put out their Christmas decorations yet. Stephie got her first glimpse of Christmas cheer tonight at Grandma Julie and Grandpa John's house. Look, a baby tree......complete with a baby Brie ornament (the large white blob in the foreground)!We're still working on the look-but-don't-touch concept.
