Race for the Cure

The Komen walk was even more enjoyable than usual this year with such beautiful weather (80 degrees!). Check out the 8 week-old puppy that Stephie found to play with while waiting for our team photo...Grandma Michelle's Moon Walkers team finished in first place for their category again! Congratulations, Grandma, on being such an amazing fundraiser, as well as a 9-year survivor!First tractor ride with Grandpa Roger! Yeehaw!Everyone had a great time at the BBQ, and Stephie especially liked hanging out with Great-Grandmas Lois and Alberta.

A few weeks ago Stephie finally learned the concept of putting things "in" instead of being in complete destruction mode and taking everything "out" all the time. She practiced at the Arboretum throwing rocks in the stream...over and over. It was one of our proudest moments yet!
