Playtime!

Stephie is quickly becoming Little Miss Independent with her toys. Today she sat up playing by herself with her toys (and talking to them....bwaaaahh? bwaaaahhhh!) for over a half hour.

Cosley Zoo

These pictures are from a few days ago when the girls went to the Cosley Zoo in Wheaton. Stephie had more fun chewing on her waist strap than looking at the animals, but the pictures turned out cute nonetheless!

The last beautiful fall day?

Stephie, Julia, and Liz went over to Julia's house this afternoon and enjoyed one last warm afternoon outside. The leaves are really starting to fall!

Victory for Obama!

Stephie attended her first political rally tonight downtown in Grant Park. The new President Obama took the stage at 11pm for his acceptance speech, and we were lucky to be part of the 75,000 people in attendance. What a historic night!

JumperOOOO!

Playing on the Jumperoo is definitely Stephie's favorite passtime. Check out a video of her in action here.

Daddy forgot his computer's power cord at work which gave us a great excuse to go downtown, visit Daddy's work, and walk around.But the biggest news of the day came at dinnertime at Ted's Montana Grill when Stephie mastered the pincer grasp and was really able to feed herself well for the first time!
